Sure the staff are all Asian at this Post Office but they have always been friendly, competent and efficient when I come here. It's Logan guys what do you expect. Easy parking, close to the shopping centre entrance, very convenient. No problems and I would recommend this LPO.
Always a huge line out the door due to slow and unorganised service. Caught the delivery men 3 times now writing a missed delivery note without even getting out of the van and trying the door. No matter how many times I put “leave package” it’s never left.
The Asian male postal worker kept mucking around and even went to the back for ages only I am not quite sure why. Tried to give me a receipt with no change whatsoever then tried to make out he had! And I am not talking cents, but under $50.00. Make sure you are given the correct change and a receipt. In fact, "the change" or you could find yourself with no money at all and a staff member not doing the job properly...
I sent very important paper by registered post, suppose to have arrive 3 days later on the Monday but lawyers say not arrived and it states” lodged incorrectly”. Not good enough. To be honest I don’t know why I bother with this Post Office & always more expensive than Sunnybank Hills or Springwood.
Still waiting for 3 my parcels. Tracking information for 2 shows they haven't moved from Underwood in over a week. They only need to travel from 1 town to another in the same state. Probably kept my parcels for themselves. <_<
I don’t think they know what to do. looking at you not calling you like frozen man. Not knowing what to help. I went to another post office done in in minute. One of the worst post office ever.
I sent a document using Platinum Express to Sydney on Saturday 18 Jan and expected to arrive in Sydney on Monday or Tuesday. On Saturday, the tracking system says it is received in Underwood. On Tuesday it says that item is processed at STRATHFIELD NSW. However, on Wed 22 Jan the tracking system says it arrives in Heathwood, QLD? Does it mean the document is going back to QLD before it reaches its destination in Sydney? What is going on Mr Post Office? I am confused and not happy..
Foreigners running our postal system, its no wonder its such a failure can't speak English don't know half the things they say its just a big joke. Can't trust these foreigners coming here corrupting our system. I visited this store Tuesday 12/12/17, I stood in the corner near the counter waiting to ask the clerk a question about their mailing boxes, when I was rudely asked to get in line, REALLY do I have to get in line to ask a question!!, he replied with his broken English YieasH yoh deuw. I laughed and walked out I told him that I would rather deal with Aussies then some broken English goon who doesn't know how to pronounce our PM's name.
It's frustrating that you can order a parcel from one place on a Sunday night and have it arrive that Tuesday standard shipping, but a different website ships it Friday, it arrives at Underwood Post Office on Sunday as per tracking and when I call on the Wednesday to find out why it's not here, they tell me it won't be delivered until Friday.... 5 working days later... I only spoke to the call center help desk, so I can't speak for the staff there, however Australia Post needs to sort out their delivery systems as it looks to be all over the place..
There right it is like the Bermuda triangle what a disappointment what a joke. Give it to me to run im a aussie and i answer my phone when it rings to. Im not racist by anymeans but come on Australia post sort this out such a disappointment. Whats next pre odering McDonald's in advanced. Glad its not a hospital.......
