Worst experience i have had dealing with them. I have done the legal and correct thing and they still want to put a family of 5 on the street even with evidence provided. They dont care about you and your family

The first time I went here I didn't have a great experience but the second time I did the lady I spoke to was fantastic and very helpful. If you need help and are in logan they are a good place to visit they will direct you to what oath you should take.

Great workers. They really do want to help you. I'd recommend going here than the other housing departments

Honestly best team I've ever had. Communication is key with any of your housing reps and I have never had a problem whatsoever, this office has been so supportive to me and my children and I couldn't thank them enough! People need to learn they are also just people like us but sit behind the desk and rather then getting impatient with them just give them a break, actually take the time to listen to their advice instead of demanding like some people that enter this office do. Thankyou to all the team you guys have honestly been amazing .

I know people close to me living in a house with the literal floor and walls caving in. Housing have been aware of this for well over 12 months. Housing STILL aren't doing anything but responding with "Oh my gosh, that's so bad, we'll call you back next week". They even make a note of it at inspections. When does next week come, housing? When are the repairs happening? You sent two blokes out "to assess requirements so repairs can begin", one jammed a few blocks of wood under the floor, now the floor is falling in around those too. The bathtub doesn't even drain properly for god sakes. You already have to have plumbers prop the toilet up with lead plating to stop it leaking water. I visit them constantly to clean mold and yet it is constantly there because of the existing damage and gapping holes in the walls. Every time I clean that mold in the bathroom, streams of chunks of rotten wood wash into the tub from the holes between it and the bottom of the wall. Fix the core issue. Repair the flooring and walls. Y'all have had ample time. I'm hoping they take my suggestion and go to the media about this. This is absolutely disgusting, especially since they have always been good tenants, and they are nothing if not respectful and patient with the Department.

Without all the help and support from the staff at this office. Myself and my family would still be homeless. They went above and beyond. And they are still willing to help with everything I need help with. Treat them with respect and they will bend over backwards for you.

they are helpfull in areas & ways some how my me & husband have it a stalling with a letter from our care group about 2 railings to go up hall way to help my husband with visionary colour blindness ! But the letter in question is misplaced @ housing carer cant seem to go forward whatever . all be well
