My daughter went for her practical driving test yesterday. She was very nervous as this was her second attempt. Her testing instructor Brandon was amazing. All testing instructors should be like him. He put her at ease, made her feel like it was just another lesson. Gave helpful feedback at the end to help her improve. Brandon has boosted her confidence so much, I can't thank him enough.
I have taken my driving test at site 2 centre today with testing instructor Daniel. He was very friendly and gave extremely clear instructions that made me feel very relaxed throughout the test. I must thank him for putting me at ease so that I can succeed this time! At the end he also gave detailed explanations about my minor errors so that I can progress and be a better driver on my own. Can’t thank him enough for creating a relaxed testing atmosphere!
Quick and friendly service but the wrong hours are posted for Wednesday. On Wednesdays, they have training until 9:30am and then open. Their website but google has the correct hours says 8:30am. My mother and I went this morning for 8:30am but we did not find out until we arrived that they open at the later time. My mother has difficulty standing for so long and had to wait in the car until about 20 past 9 while I waited in the queue. There are no seats outside either just for a heads up. If the hours were changed online, I think that would large help but it was still very busy with a queue wrapping around the building.
I gave my driving test today at Logan TMR Site 2. My test was booked at 7:45am. The staff there are very friendly, I know that they are understaffed but they are doing their best to manage it. My exam was taken by an examiner named as Tony. He was a great guy, he put me at so much ease and it felt like a driving lesson than a driving exam. Glad to pass my exam on the first Go!!
Very busy thanks Optus, and although I wasn't there due to the Optus data breach they handled the crowds well and it was managed as best it could be, which shows they do care and try to do the best for the place in general so during normal times it is probably very smooth. Once I got served the person was very nice and helpful, can't be faulted as far as customer service goes. So although it was a loooong visit, it was a pleasent one overall.
Only gave 4 stars as we've had poor experiences previously but today 31/10/22 at the Logan Central location we got Emmy on counter 13 and she was exceptional. Very helpful and polite
The older male driving instructor on site 2 is rude, did a driving test with him and had such a negative vibe.. it was hard to stay confident and focused, when someone seems angry about doing their job. Wouldn’t recommend if your wanting to get your ps
Considering the current drama with the Optus data hack and the number of people waiting to get replacement licences the service was very good. The place was packed but I only had to wait 30 mins or so. Staff were courteous under what must be a very busy and tiring period.
Busy but very quick to be seen. Easy and clear instructions makes it fast all round. Son just did his learners licence took his time, passed and all done in less than an hour
I had to visit the TMR with regard to the 14 Demerit Point Notification and disqualification of my driver's license. My BMWX5 was stolen three times in one year and demerit points were recorded and photographed by a camera, I had been in hospital twice and once for 5 plus months and not long after the first time with rectal cancer. I was fortunate enough to meet with two lovely ladies at the counter, Tracy and Dorlene who both went to great lengths and time in an effort to resolve my imminent urgency. My Demerit points are now 1. I cannot thank these very efficient and caring ladies for their prompt and caring attention. The Traffic record team was also great support by providing me with infringement notices, and close-ups of the driver where possible as requested. The overall result was the due diligence of a well-trained team producing caring and educated personnel. I thank you all as this was a great result for me just prior to Christmas. Bless all and Merry Christmas with a safe and happy New Year. Irene Brown
