Now that what you call a post office where they provide 100% customer service. Went to submit my son passport application. The lady on the counter helped me to complete the form and got my son passport within a 1 week.

I was in there today processing passport forms. All the ladies in there are AMAZING & super helpful. Their customer service is 5 star & they went out of their way to assist me. They all deserve a pay rise & a paid in full holiday :)
