Centrelink

They treat you like you are a beggar from a third world country. I am going to talk to my local MP, my tax pay money is wasted on hiring staff which don’t know or misguide you. Those Morons have made me stupid a few times in relation to childcare benefits and now I have got a $2000 debt letter from Centrelink to pay as I was not entitled to those benefits. Seriously!!!!!

Always packed. Wait time has always been 1.5 hrs. Some staffs are not willing to help. Not willing to know your situation. They don't know the benefits they offer. So if you don't know EXACTLY what you are looking for, they will not tell you/grant you anything. Attitude is rude too. If you are thinking of visiting centrelink, try wooloongabba or browns plains, might get things done faster by driving the extra distance.

Terrible experience, they treat you like scum, make you wait hours because they are understaffed and then lie to your face about fake appointments they say they booked for you. Poor effort centerlink!
