Medicare

Medicare should be more clear on their website (maybe an easy to read/interpret fact sheet) about what is required for a claim, what you can and cannot claim (Medicare v private health), and maybe provide a printer so that it is easier for people to re-print physical copies of invoices/receipts you require (digital copies though should be accepted it is the way society is going (paperless) and Medicare accepts them for online submissions). The client liaison staff member was not very helpful in terms of providing the above information and instead just sent me away.

Asian lady super aggressive and unhelpful Greeter on way in not much better Saying that the manager or senior person took over and sorted everything in a quick, helpful and efficient manner The Asian lady - I'd recommend a job not dealing with people or perhaps a return to customer service school 20 July 2017

I went into the offices and submitted a claim over 2 1/2 months ago and they still have not done anything about this and to add to the aggravation I tried to call them on the number they provide and it rings out over and over again. Not happy at all!

Useless. Wouldn't process a claim because the receipt had Mater Specialist Services on it but did not have drs name.
