I’ve just moved back to Australia and the amazing staff here made everything so much easier, they were quick, the staff were really friendly and helpful, a big thankyou to all the lovely staff especially Jessie- thankyou for being so kind and patient! Amazing service from everyone I’ve spoken to here, 10/10. Thankyou!
It's Centrelink. I've not had to use the service for 15 years but it seems like they have really streamlined many processes, I found the application very easy but I have no idea what the breakdown of my allowance and assessment is? I recall it was really easy in the past to know why you were paid certain amounts for rent eccetera even with all the technology I have not gotten that information. I think some of the explanations are overly simplified which is actually more confusing. That said thank god we live in a country that has such an excellent Safety Net, I didn't think I would ever have to use it again, and I found the process almost service like, which is quite admirable given the tendencies for public services to have entrenched anti-service vibes!
Extremely disappointed about the service given. They didn't pay attention or made any attempt to help with the information we seek. Instead suggested googling or calling helplines. Very unfriendly environment and felt helpless.
I have tried to call you a number of times in the last 6 months because I keep getting letters telling me I need to ring to update my Child's details. I have to sit through all of your recorded messages only to be hung up on. This is appalling treatment, especially when you'll fine me if I don't do what the letter instructs me to do.
I had an appointment to the offixe today to know more about my entitlement for any financial help as I’m pregnant. The lady wasn’t really helpful didn’t check into my specific case just told me as I’m not a resident I’m not entitled to anything but I’m on the partner visa 820 I’m supposed to be entitled. That’s what centrelink told me months ago over the phone. I left the office more confuse than ever…
Thank you soooo much to Amanda who helped me sort out an ongoing issue. She was so efficient and helpful.
Usual suspects after their dole payment no questions asked. WHEN a member of the public, a tax paying member of society, a person who has never been on a dole payment ever myself goes in for a flood relief payment after their home damaged and flooded for 10 days with no power and had to rely on a SES food drop is under scrutiny. Gotta love this useless system that rewards people for achieving NOTHING in their life's and continue to do nothing. Clap clap. Classic example of how this country and government just bleeds resources in mismanagement.
Have had to visit the Toowong site thee times over the past month and cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received. All three ladies I dealt with were so helpful and patient, at the end we had everything sorted. I worked in a senior roll within a large multinational and would have loved to have seen our staff give the same polite, patient and helpful service. A credit to the organization. Had to visit again to sort out check in app and vacation setup as I was having trouble putting it all together. Visit was in November 2021. Again lovely lady put it all together and explained everything. App now works perfectly. Could not fault the service.
Had a really great experience here. We went during a fairly quiet time 9am on a weekday and received fantastic service and a quick turnaround.
Customer service representative doesn’t know that every customer is not the same. Before listening matter, she got agitated. Very bad customer service.
