I went here for my Learners Licence today. I was greeted and assisted the moment I walked in, the staff were very kind and welcoming. I was then served by a lady called Trish who was super helpful and had such a gentle nature about her, which is just want you need when taking a test given the anxiety of it all. I would definitely recommend coming here.
Very efficient service this morning and staff were very helpful and friendly. It wasn't very busy so my number was called before I even sat down. The stamp on my form shows Nzchall assisted me and she was very understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I had no trouble parking nearby.
Worst customer service ever. I traveled for an hour to get a CRN to apply for a blue card waited on queue for 15 mins only to be sent away within 2 minutes from the triage guy last Friday 10th of May who was rude upon approach. I felt treated like a fake person providing my 100 pts ID. Been told "I need to figure it out" with a loud voice in front of many people as I'm trying to explain my situation about my evidence of residency while smiling at my face without providing any other options. As someone who moved from interstate. I feel unwelcomed. Hope it won't happen again to any other clients.
Went today to have a new photo because required for my blue card application. The lady on triage was efficient and the lady who took my photo was equally efficient with a sense of humour! All done in 15 mins!
I've been going to Sherwood TMR for over 10 years, and service desk officers have always been doing an excellent job with professionalism and equality. This afternoon , however, a reception lady under the name of Trish utterly disappointed me along with some other non-caucasian customers. She's loving and welcoming to people of her colour but her tone and way of speaking to all else is quite intimidating. She talks too much and loses control over what she says which in turn becomes offensive to these customers including me. This afternoon, she was loudly commanding me to re-check my papers as according to her that she thinks I filled up the form too quickly to her surprise indicating that I shouldn't be good/fluent in English? and obviously laughing out loud at me when I was speaking normally. I'm deeply offended and hope that QLD Gov Employees like Trish get some training re: respect, professionalism, and multiculturism. Everyone deserves to be treated equally.
Visited Sherwood today and was served by Tayla to change over an Interstate drivers license for my husband and I. She was extremley helpful and friendly and was even able to change my name to my married name which I have tried to do for many years in Victoria with no luck. Thank you so much for an easy experience, it was very much appriciated.
All representatives work with their own limited knowledge. Went this morning for booked licensed for uber. Car is registered two months ago so no COI inspections needed as it falls under exemption but loud mouth lady at counter 1 also puts an condition that vehicle should not been driven more than 500km. I didn't find any 500km rule for new vehicle under exemption for COI. Wonder where she got this from. Just a bad luck that I got her counter. Will try another day.
Been there twice with two young kids in tow, and was extremely thankful to the staff for their treatment of a mother with young kids. From the man at the door, the woman at the front desk, to the ladies behind the counters... such empathy and very accommodating. Didn't think I'd ever give a positive review to a govt dept. Happy we moved interstate!

Called them had waited on the phone for 15ish mins and when they finally answered they pretended as if they couldn’t hear me making me end the call and have to call again my mic and everything was on and nothing was broken
