Incompetent workers.  Spoke to 3 different workers on 3 different occasions and got 3 different answers.  They were all wrong.  Use the online option so you can avoid these poorly trained staff who have no clue what they are doing.

Awesome respectful staff. Treated people with dignity and integrity. Well done to the fantastic team at Goodna Service Centre. It's nice to see humility at its best. You all deserve a pat on the back, a job well done.

I've never had to use Centrelink until recently due to a life change in our circumstances. My husband and I are 60+ and our experience with Centrelink Goodna branch has only been positive. Staff are friendly, wait time is minimal which is great as my husband is on oxygen and disability parking is literally right outside the door. Keep up the good work Goodna team. We really appreciate your service.

This review is for medicare not centrelink. We went this morning as my husband's medicare card expired.and the lady refused to give him service. He was not sick but she rudely denied to give service saying dont you know  its lockdown...now  is medicare not essential...esp now when u may need it for covid vaccination. Wish i knew her name...hope they know who worked this morning at 8.45 am.... You are working but dont want to work..why open the store and not provide service i dont understand. Would love ur explanation. Our application just needed id check. Seriously so he could get medicare number for service

I think it’s fair to say that you can’t go into any government building and expect to be in and out in fifteen minutes. If you come here do allow yourself adequate time.  *Our wait time was just over an hour which was impressive given the number of people in the queue.  Our agent Alyssa was an absolute pleasure to talk to and incredibly helpful, ensuring I was set up properly and In a timely fashion. Thanks to her positive attitude there was no stress involved in what I did today.

The people who posted negative reviews are probably just negative people. I found my first experience at this office today was an overall positive experience. The lady who served me, Ann was very nice and I didn't have to wait long to be served.

Centrelink Goodna very good great customer service really helpful and very nice people. Centrelink is awesome and the people you meet in the waiting room or behind the counters everyone is so very friendly and nice. I recommend Centrelink Goodna is the best so far. Centrelink Goodna 10/10.

All i can say is that the staff are rude and out of reality. I have never had or needed centerlinks help before until now, and when asked for help they send you a computer. When asked further for help they treat you like you are scum and still send you back to a computer. It took me 4 days to get help to talk yo a human being.
