Thanks CDC Dural depot for returning my wallet. I lost it in 664 bus yesterday. The driver got it and returned to the depot and I collected it from there. you have a good process in place with working phone numbers for lost items reporting and recovery. Thanks again for the support.
On Monday the 12th August 2024. I noted your cdc bus driver driving eractic as crossed in front of oncoming vehicles with his bus MO 5389. However the behaviour became worse as this bus driver deliberately and recklessly went over a red traffic lit traffic light to him on Windsor Road and the intersection road of Annangrove Road. Please check the bus MO 5389 camera footage for approximately 07h34 am, 12/8/24. Please take it seriously as this behaviour is dangerous for your passengers and other road users.
Just awful. I've been forced to catch these buses for years and it's like a timetable doesn't exist for them. Buses are always messy, drivers are mostly outwardly rude, and for special events it's even worse. I live just near a stop to go to the Sydney showgrounds and 4 out of 5 buses drive straight past, even when half full. The most recent example of this was Taylor Swift, people waited over an hour for a buse to actually stop. For such large events you think they'd put more transport on. And let's not go into a certain incident that occurred near a primary school, that is just disgusting a sni hope the driver lost his license. Most days it's quicker for me to walk from the metro then it is to catch one of your unreliable buses. Honestly, do an internal audit. So better.
Today 6th February the buses didn't show up for 7.46, 7.56, 8.03am. passengers were late by half an hour to work. Wish us good luck in 21st century we don't even know if we can be work on time.
This bus driver refuses to stop at my bus stop which is clearly shown on the time table and has a clearly visible bus stop sign. When addressing this with the driver he removed his driver identification so I can not take his ID number to report him! His driver number is GU 2792 By law he has to do display his Identification card! I have lodged 2 complaints about this driver refusing to stop at my bus stop. So far both my complains have been ignored.
