I sincerely hope that Greyhound Australia treat their customers better than they treat their fellow road users. My husband and I are counting our lucky stars there wasn't another vehicle behind us when this Greyhound Australia bus ran us off the road at a speed of over 100km on Sunday, March 4, 2018. The outcome could have been much different with the two us becoming another statistic in this country's shocking road toll. Despite a conversation with the company's HR manager who stated that she would investigate the incident and advise us of the outcome, we have had no communication from Greyhound Australia. We have had no apology or any confirmation that driver has been appropriately disciplined as requested. Even a phone call from the senior constable at our local police station hasn't prompted action. They simply don't care.

The staff are helpful and competent, and there is plenty of leg room. The drivers love the sound of their own voice - lonely job I guess, but not what you want when you're trying to snooze or read. The wifi does not work; the driver will tell you several minutes into their speech that it just doesn't work in the city (which makes no sense) but having used Greyhound about a dozen times I have rarely even managed a connection to it, at any stage of the journey, and when I do it works no better for it. Paying a bit more than Murrays is worth it for the leg room and the bus being much less crowded, but bring earplugs and a book.

Presuming This Is The Office That Returned My Lost Phone.... Would just like to give a massive thank you to the member of Greyhound staff that returned my phone after i left it on the coach the other day. My holiday can now continue. Stress free. Thank you again 😊

They sent me to Wicked Travels around the corner, after just asking for a timetable. The woman even came with me to them. It is an obvious selling strategy to rip young backpackers off. After I recieved an offer from Wicked Travels, they told me to left a deposit or my offer gets invalid. So I paid 200$. A couple of hours later I went back and told them I do not want the offer anymore. They said it is not possible to get a refund because it is written on the receipt, which I got AFTER giving the travel agent my money. Before paying I got no warning whatsoever. An official Greyhound office doing business with such a shady office is not very helpful.

More reliably better than Murrays which is good. Ground staff always nice.
