At least twice every week in the mornings, when I arrive at my bus stop 3 minutes early (6:35am) and my bus (612X) is supposed to arrive at 6:38am, I end up waiting 15 minutes and run late for work because the 6:38 bus arrives 4 or 5 minutes early making me miss catching it. What's the point of a timetable if these bus drivers continue to show up 5 minutes earlier than expected??

Good company. Yes the busses may seem run down, but they get cleaned out every now and then. Since there are hundreds of buses, its hard for all of them to be kept clean. Yes bus drivers can be rude, but you should just let them do their job.

No one has picked up the phone since this morning 29/09/2017..I was on the Bus no. 5308 at around 8 am. It appears no one has cleaned the bus from inside for weeks. When told driver about my concern he was equally rude that it is not my job. I understand that it is not the driver's job but he cold have said, I will inform at the depot. Needs to improve.

While some bus drivers have been good, a fair amount have been rude and buses have been dirty. One bus even had graffiti all over the back few rows. Bus times have been unreliable, with one service that sometimes comes 10 minutes early up to 40 minutes late. Bus drivers will not stop at certified stops which the bus is meant to stop at. Dissatisfied in general with this service, much needs to be done to fix it in general.

Such a frequent and easily accessible service, though it can get overcrowded on some peak morning buses.
