Reviewing based on a visit I made before the Covid 19 pandemic.  The station was really clean and well maintained. There were ample of parking for free of charge. The station was wheelchair accessible and there were number of vending machines in the platform too.

Good clean station has lifts for all platforms and ramps and lifts for street access.  There is a big 3 level car park hear but be warned it’s park and ride so you need to use train from hear to get out via opal card otherwise it’s a minimum $30 exit fee do even under an hour . 0-18 hours are free however if you use your opal card to travel from hear and back .

This isn't a bad place to park, you need to be there very early as the area fills up very quickly. It is free parking so everyone will be here.  It is very close to walk to Seven Hills train station. Again just be careful if your going their after dark to pick up your car or catch a train.  It is a great spot to get the train from and go to the city, it is quite a quick trip there and back, I did it within two hours or just over as I was parked in a two hour only spot. Unusual place, a completely different blend of people compared with Westpoint in Blacktown. It is just that I have become very familiar with the Westpoint surge of people, that when I visit Seven Hills I definitely notice the difference. That's all presently, Thomas Stevens.

The Seven Hills Station is a quite a quiet train station in the middle of the calm neighbourhood. There's a few shops in it and the facilities in the Station are well maintained, with a plenty of free parking space around it. It's very clean and trains do arrive and depart here punctually for the most of the time, with staffs stationed here being kind and helpful to assist. In general, due to its strategic location in the neighbourhood and the relative calmness around the area, it's always enjoyable to pass through, start or end your trip on the train, here.

staff here are super nice! once dropped an opal card with $80 on it oops! and when i returned to get it, the staff had picked it up & even tapped me off to avoid the extra charge. trains come pretty frequently, and there's two carparks- one of which has free unlimited parking.  you can catch a pretty big range of buses from right outside the station, and it's close to the shopping centre too, so i think the location is pretty nice! that being said, i have noticed that one of the lifts seems to be out of order quite frequently the ramp is 10 seconds longer though so it's no big deal. station is always clean and well-maintained by the lovely staff.  i've heard warnings not to leave your car overnight in the parking lot especially the free one- though i've never had a bad interaction, it might be a useful warning to someone else just in case.

The platform announcement from about 10 minutes ago regarding services being rescheduled was completely unintelligible!  Station staff, if you're announcing something then speak clearly. Enunciate every syllable.  Don't rush.  If you have trouble doing this, demand vocal training.  Stations are busy, noisy environments and extra care is nearly always needed to deliver a message effectively.

Lots of car spaces on both side of the station, can be very buzy during rush hours. Wish people can maintain it better, and you need to be extra careful at night

Good parking but very poor amenities. They have improved a little over the years but there's still a long way to go due to deliberate understaffing by City Rail. Spend more money on customer service and less on changing logos and uniforms every few years and watch passenger numbers rise.
