The buses are pretty clean and most of the drivers are friendly and helpful . Like a idiot last week I left my phone on the bus . It was too late to phone the depot by the time I got home. The next morning a driver waved at me and said he'd handed in my phone . Went to collect on a sticky humid day . The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and even topped my water bottle up for me with icy water . So even thought the buses can be late and some drivers aren't the friendly faces they could be , I'm extremely grateful to the driver and the ladies for their help getting my phone back.

Most drivers are ok but half don't understand English and are very arrogant I have had my back injured several times by drivers who won't wait till I sit down to drive off fast soon as I tap on I have a spinal condition and they made it worse also one driver in particular who likes to drive with the heater on in 45degrees heat days making it a very unpleasant trip from everyone and ge is also very arrogant

Waiting for the bus at Lidcombe and the driver is sitting underneath the No Smoking sign at the busstop having a smoke which is stinking out the bus. Just wonderful - not.

Absolutey useless company. Bus drivers don't indicate. Had a bus driver push us onto the other side of the road because he just pulled out when we were already next to him. Rang the company and they blamed us for it as we didn't give way! Excuse me assholes but if he's not indicating to pull out he does not have the right to push us onto the other side of the road. Disgusting bus company they don't deserve to be in business.
