Busways Blacktown

To the driver of the 735 service due at Devitt T way at 3.42pm Saturday 3/12/22 who was running over 11 minutes late. In your obvious haste to make up time you may wish to pay attention to those who patiently waited for your late running service instead of just zooming by as I attempted to flag you down at the same time the very much on time Parramatta bus arrived. Didn't even pull into the stop to check which service people wanted as simultaneous buses arrived, just kept driving. The one star can be for the sheltered bus stop which was nice on a sunny afternoon, for the actual bus service to which I did not experience then that is an obvious zero.

Bus was on time and clean. Driver was polite and considerate to passengers. Only bad comment is about fellow passengers...not many wearing masks.

Disgusting and appalling lack of communication, for the trouble it takes to get to a Busways bus stop you've already wasted your time. Short service runs, leaving the elderly and disabled displaced. Disrespectful to western Sydney and anyone else who has to pay for the company's existence.

Very modern depot state of art in bus service and transportation facilities with excellent customer services.

Disappointed with the dismissive correspondence about my disabled sons wallet that fell out of his pocket. Why couldn’t the driver be contacted! He realised straight away when he got off the bus and rang me. I the rang the Blacktown depot. Disappointed!

Expect for some drivers not being careful to people with disability like me who don't look like it need talent EASY over speed humps more and not let people on bus who doesn't use opal cards, but other then that good driver

Horrible service. I hate this bus company. Never catching this bus again. Hills bus is a lot better company. I caught the bus yesterday when the machine stop working when I tried to tap on. I was demanded to get of the bus cause my Opal didn't have any money which was not the case. I refused and said it was the machine and not me. When I asked the driver to get off and see. She refused saying according to what was in front of her that it was in fact working. When we arrived at the next stop the machine appeared working and managed to tap on successful without being told but of my own accord. The fact that i ended up successfully tapping on goes to show my integrity to pay for my trip. I called the bus way company who accused me of not having any money in my Opal and that it was my fault rather the machine. Y'all deserve 0 stars. Horrible horrible service. 1 star cause I got home safe but rather than that I am done with this company.

It's a good reliable service however for women with prams they rush u to get on sometimes driving off when you haven't even sat down. Some drivers r good and some r horrible . A lady the other day fell on her face on the ground when the bus was starting to drive and he didn't even say are you ok. Could do with being a little compassionate.

I give them three stars because of their service. Although sometimes, the bus comes 3 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Today 31st of January 2017 i went to catch a bus and as soon as i left my house, i saw the bus go past the bus stop. The scheduled time was 7:31 am and it came at 7:28 am. I can say that their services are good, its just the times.
