Best person on the phone was Latif. He was very helpful with my lost wallet, and inform me of the progress every step of the way. The process was smooth and fast, such a relief. If every bus driver & depot is a person like him the world will be a much better place. Thank you so much!

What is the issue with the 423? I was on a full 423 service into the city yesterday, while it was freezing cold, and witnessed an elderly man waiting for 15 minutes longer while the bus ran late. No seats, over-crowded, passengers unable to get a holding while standing of which many are vulnerable as elderly, parents with children, etc. This is a travesty, and there is no where to formally complain as it seems this service is no longer owned by TfNSW. The simple solution - have the service run every 7 minutes instead of 15. Again, this is something that is now commonly known about the 423 and everyone who lives on the route is absolutely over how poorly managed it is.

Your 492 service is pathetic. Many evenings I wait longer than I need to for it, whichever direction I’m traveling. It’s gotten worse over the years. People need buses for their connections, to get to work & home. Whoever is in charge of this service shows apathy for passengers. Get your act together.
