Interline Bus Services

If I could give a zero star I would. I am a tired individual who simply isn't equipped to get my provisional license thus I rely on public transport. Today I lost all faith. It is 42 degree, I am wear tight jeans and my skin is burning. I had to wait 10 extra minutes more than I was promised it would take for the bus to arrive at glenfield station. Outrageous. I have a life to get on with. I can't wait 10 extra minutes for a bus to come because I am not extra. #bringbackbusabout

I catch the 870 bus to and from school every day and have had many issues with their service. On multiple occasions the bus has failed to stop for me, a junior high school student, even after signalling. The driver clearly saw my signal as they shook their head as if to say 'I'm not going to stop'. Because of this I have had to walk 35 minutes to school through an area with a bad safety reputation. The bus I take home has also had many problems. The 870 bus is not a school bus and I acknowledge that, but the way they treat students is ridiculous. The bus drivers have refused to let out student onto the bus multiple times as they claimed, it is not a school bus so the public community have a privilege over us students and there were too many of us that it becomes a nucence to the public. Because of this, our deputy principal has had to call in for another bus as students were left without a way travelling home. In addition to this, not only are most drivers incredibly rude, but the buses are almost always late. I was stranded at school along with atleast fifty other people waiting on a boiling hot day waiting for this bus. The bus, which was scheduled to arrive at 3:40, kept us waiting and did not arrive until 4:30. As most students who catch this bus do not live locally, we had no other way of getting home. No other buses that stop at our school go far enough to get us home, so we were forced to wait in the heat waiting for a bus. Our school has called bus depot and complained multiple times but there has not been any great improvement with the services provided by Interline. I hope for the benefit of myself and anyone who travels with this company, that Interline can pull themselves together and become a safer, considerate and more reliable transport service.

Good reliable services,drivers do there best to keep buses running on time,most are polite and helpful

Yea 50% of the time the bus is either late or its gone because it came earlier (So that the driver can have a quick feed or a smoke) A driver one time was so rude about me showing him my concession card that we got into a argument he even took it as far as getting out of the bus and started following me. I then realized he wanted to fight and when I kept walking he was threatening me saying "I know where you live!" when I made a complaint interline just said to me "We will have a talk to the driver"

If I could give zero, I would. I catch the bus to Ingleburn train station regular and am always at the bus stop on time yet the busy goes through the stop early. I've complained before and been told they are not supposed to do this, but they continue to do it. How do Interline keep their contract with such a poor rating??
