A stunning beach and a fabulous place to watch the sunset. Rocks can be a little tricky to navigate, but absolutely worth the walk during the summer. The rocks connect to the Carrum boardwalk and there's a playground nearby too. Beautiful area and one of our favourite beaches. A fantastic off-leash dog beach nearby too.
The beach is good. Not too rushy. Probably very good to have a small outing with friends and family. You can either come alone with a bunch of thing you like and can spend good time there.
While we cannot get out much just now, Victoria's beaches are some of the best. My faves are Carrum Rocks, and also Seaford, because they are accessible to me. The beach is my happy place!
Loved the long trails, sunset and sand, together makes it a unique beach to visit with family friends and kids...only trails request to leash pets, otherwise you may go with dogs to let it learn swimming..
Great beach to walk a dog early morning. Rock wall either side of Patterson river attracts many anglers looking to catch a fish or two. Recently due to high winds access from the right hand side of the boardwalk to the beach is limited due to beach erosion. Car parking available and wheelchair accessible path for some of the way. Toilets located at the surf lifesaving and children's playground, a short walk from the rocks.
Not bad spot for a fish. Walking trails, beach, boat ramps n parks all in the area...
Always love visiting this area of Carrum, cause it's never busy and a great place to meet up with friends or a quiet place to cast a line out into Patterson River
If you're looking for white sandy beach and clear greenish water, this is the spot.
Lacks amenities, but is a nice spot at low tide. I often see people fishing here, and people walking dogs.
A beautiful place for an evening stroll with the dog. Relaxing, refreshing and above all rejuvenating. A wonderful place to live.
