Terrible job. Had to ask them to get the installer to come back and finish the job properly. Vinyl looks like it has been cut with a blunt knife. Check out the photos on this website and you will see. Wouldn't recommend them for vinyl laying. The installer even cut around the feet to the stove and a metal strip instead of putting under strip and stove. It's not put down straight either. Bad bad bad workmanship. If I was the person that put the lino down I'd be too ashamed to come back to. After 4 calls and 1 walk in I still keep getting the response of, we will get in touch with the installer. Been at least 6 weeks. Still no response and sick of waiting. Don't buy lino here to be installed unless you want to be mucked around.

Basiclly Called up for a quote in regards to laminate floor, install went find and very quick for a Bathroom and Laundry, it wasnt until i arrived home from work and noticed that the bathroom was done perfectly however the laundry wasn't done Correctly, having contacted them by the phone a few times and getting palmed off, "often referred to the sales man who originally did the order who insisted everything was fine, it was very crooked and needs to be redone, after about 5 calls given up trying to get the company out to fix the problem, i was withholding paying the final invoice until the work was fixed but they demanded the money and my floor to this day still inst fixed wrap up Good price, Fast install, only did half a job, demanding and pushy sales and bad after sales support

Thank you so much for making choosing our carpet so pleasant and easy. Chris who laid our carpet did a fantastic job and was so pleasant. I would highly recommend Country Carpet Traralgon

Very poor communication both with me, the client, and between their staff and the contractor. Almost three weeks and the floating floor still not finished.
