We purchased a roof top camper, however, once unpacking at home, found it was not the one on display, called the store and they swiftly called back and began sorting out the mix up. It was not a mix up on their end but a change the supplier had made and did not update their packaging to reflect the change.nNever the less, the team at BCF sorted everything so we now have the one we wanted and they were extremely polite, helpful and swift to sort it all out.nThe excellent customer service experienced after a supplier fault was flawless. Thank you all.
so many items in stock. never walked out with nothing. this time, got the fridge Engel lead just want we needed. over time we got life jackets gas burners camping ovens, chairs you name it. will always come again.
Excellent service from the telephone receptionist to the in store staff. When we phoned to ask about a stock item the receptionist even went & checked it was actually in the store room even though it showed in stock she didn't want to waste our time & travel - 2hours each way. Helpful & friendly staff in store. Wish more stores offered a great service like Traralgon.
BCF is my favourite place for all my camping needs. I particularly love the Yeti range!
Fantastic customer service . A click and collect item was not the size I ordered and Sam was fantastic ..had it sorted in no time !
