Purchased a 100 inch tv and sound bar from Stuart last week and the guys were amazing, they stayed back after hours and loaded it for me and have been super helpful with a couple of follow ups, I can tell you from experience no other electronics store has better pricing and no other store can even come close with customer service, thank heaps Isaac
I bought a Motorola phone from the good guys and had problems with it from the day I bought it. After 8 months it stopped accepting new updates and some of the apps stopped working. I contacted Motorola and was told to just buy a new phone. They refused to replace it despite it still being under warranty.nI went to the Traralgon store and spoke to Mark S and he could not have been more helpful. He gave me a refund and said he would chase Motorola to honour the warranty so I didn't have to. He also spent an hour setting up a new phone for me and transferring everything over from the old phone. I will definitely shop there again.
Good guys Traralgon is the place to go to get the best deal on White Goods. I have always received a significant reduction in price for my purchases. Note: you need to ask what is the best price they can do. Saved $75 on my last purchase.
To say Teegan went above and beyond is an understatement! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Service like this is hard to come by — thank you, Teegan!
I don't normally leave public reviews but the customer service left me feeling incredibly frustrated. The young lady, who I shall not name, essentially lost you a sale today. Yes I was frustrated but I was not rude, and being a sassy smartass when she hung up was completely inappropriate. Management take note, this is not the first time I've experienced sub-par customer service from a Good Guys store. I hope your manager sees this review.
