After spending 30 min browsing and deciding on my purchase I put the item on the counter , she scanned it and I went to get my cash out and was told , NO we don’t take cash , so annoying I felt like giving it back and walking out … PUT A CASH ONLY SIGN UP ALL OVER YOUR SHOP , I won’t be back and neither will my friends
I’m seriously mad about the service I had received by Margaret on the 16/01/2022 at 12:30pm her attitude was disrespectful and soo appalling, that it reflects on the company and she needs to be hold accountable for action’s. The manager needs to work on customer service skills with her team. If you’re having a bad day don’t rock up to work simple.
Not impressed. Shop manager would not refund an item due to their 14 day refund policy. This was day 15 early morning and we had been through a 5 day lockdown during that time. I had not been able to get back due to living out of town. Waste of a trip. Product was not up to the standard the shop manager assured me it was.

HAVE BOUGHT QUITE A FEW THINGS HERE BUT IT IS A SHOP YOU VISIT ONLY IF YOU NEED HOUSE UTENSILS.
