This is a great spot in Traralgon for buying new shoes. The team is very professional and friendly and know a lot about the shoes, and which one’s would fit your foot best. They also have formal ascent shoes here, so it’s not just sneakers. Sam was very helpful with us in finding the right shoe and very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for shoes in Traralgon, as it’s great compared to other stores.

Great experience buying shoes from these guys. The two youngsters who served me were fantastic, really polite, friendly and helpful and I actually ended up with super comfortable shoes, which is no mean feat for my arthritic riddled feet. Thank you, I will be back.

I had a very good in-store experience at this retailer. I was attended to immediately by the lovely Courtney who went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a pair of NEW BALANCE footwear. The girl was very helpful on the day, but the follow up was a month after what I was advised. Agreed to have a pair of shoes ordered in and gave my details, was told they should be there in  a week and they'd call me. I followed up with them 9 days after and the guy said he couldn't find an order, went over what was discussed qith the girl and he said "aww yeah the owner of this place also owns the Frankston store so he just drives the shoes over, himself, they should be here next week. I ended up going to rebel the next day and buying the asics I wanted.  I honestly thought they'd forgotten about me but I got a missed call and voicemail asking me to come pick up my shoes glad they didn't need payment up front, thought screw it, the owner couldn't care about driving $230 shoes from Frankston to Traralgon, goes MIA for a month and expects me to buy these shoes? Screened another call and got a voicemail telling me to COME get MY SHOES they they ordered in for me like I owed them the money, my partner ended up calling them back to tell them they were 3 weeks too late.  If the shoes aren't there, don't rely on the owner, you'll be waiting forever.

I made an appointment for a fitting today at Traralgon Vic store. The fitting machine was broken..great... but the sales person did a 10 sec manual  review and recommended  a Trail style shoe. However she had NO Stock. Her suggestion was i drive  80 minutes to the next store....is this really  your level of service!

I was in this store a few days before Christmas Dec 17. Shop was SO busy BUT a young fella working that day was amazing at acknowledging customers, advising them of the delay, served multiple people at once. Good leadership, should be a store manager. Rare to see nowadays.... yes I made a purchase.

Bought some Hoka Bondis today, great experience. Courtney provided expert fitting and analysis and was beyond helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend for a proper shoe purchase.

Very polite staff, I was happily surprised by the knowledge of the staff. I am very satisfied with my visit. Afterpay in-store was seamless and I felt reassured that if I had issues that I could come in and have a chat.  I'd recommend the New Balance 860 V11 running shoes for men.
