Reviews

I went here needing a new phone, new provider, new plan, the whole shebang and boy howdy, did they deliver. Carly was lovely and even though she was still learning she helped so much and made it a lovely transaction. She got both Riley and Mikey to help as well and they were phenomenal. Both really helped me understand what I was looking for and put it all into perspective for me. They answered all my questions and were just so lovely. Carly kept thanking me for being patient with her but I should have thanked her for being so patient with me and my shenanigans. Thank you so much, guys!

Carly I love you girl. Best customer service of my life. Got the cutest stinkin camera for my road trip and had the most fun camera shopping with you!!! All the best xx

I needed a new desktop computer for work from home. Carli at JB provided me with various options, and spent a good deal of time assisting. Once I decided on an option, she was able to package it together for a great price.nHer knowledgeable was exceptional, and she was really pleasant to deal with.

Might be the best staff out of all the JB Hi-Fi stores I’ve visited, I complain about the price rise on mobile phones. And they completely agreed and reassured they don’t make the prices.nI’ve brought many CDs, vinyl and DVDs here and the staff were always BRILLIANT.

Harry at JB Hi-Fi provided amazing tech support when I purchased my Google Pixel 10 Pro XL on the $99 Telstra plan. The whole process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Excellent customer service — highly recommended!
