Had a great experience of customer service when hunting a gift. The staff member was really engaging and helpful in a circumstance that didn't even end in a sale.nSpeaks to their character, and I'd return to deal with the gentleman when next making a large purchase.nStore itself is usually clean and stocked appropriately to a regional outlet.nIf customer service was always as good I'd not bother to shop around.

Jacob and Colin were legends, helping me out on a warranty that just wasn't made easy by the supplier. They made sure I was looked after first and saved all the hassle for afterwards, getting me on my way. One of many times the Traralgon team have been great.

Went in to by white headphones for my wife sales man seemed nice but grabbed the wrong colour blue  went back to rectify issue had manager say I asked for blue and said it was my fault. Got sales man over and he lied an said I asked for blue also. Nothing was rectified and I left very angry. $400 mistake made by them put back on me.would give them zero stars if that was an option
