The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a chemist. Refused to release my script early even as I explained I was going on holiday for Easter and needed to get it prior to not having access to a chemist. The head pharmacist Keisha I think her name was showed no compassion for my situation and was absolutely horrible to interact with. This has now left me in a dangerous medical situation. Complete disgrace.
It's got everything you need just not holistic heath stuff, which is fine there are other shops for that
Rude staff! Called to find out about vaccines. First time I tried they very clearly hung up the phone as I could hear the landline lift then be placed back down. Then the second time after receiving the information I was seeking the staff member hung up on me mid sentence.. very rude. I will not be getting the vaccine here now. $150 they could have taken from me for multiple vaccines. But not now.
I would give half a star if I could.. I go into buy pain medication for my terminally ill daughter. Only to have the staff member at the checkout stand there smiling and laughing at me. I asked her what she was laughing at. She says she always laughs. I don’t find this behaviour professional at all.. even more so that most people go to a chemist because they or someone they love is sick…and if she reads this I find your behaviour disgusting
The customer service and friendliness from both Brodie and Ethan here is exceptional, always presents as respectful and professional.
