Honestly I have nothing good to say about the Pharmacy side of this store.nHours waiting every single time for scripts . No social distancing at all, no privacy at all. They have crammed an extra 3rd lane in to the pick up area, in addition to the double wide they had already added on the ordering side.n3 people wide in barely in a metre wide.nNo room for disabled, wheelchairs or elderly.nIs this a marketing tactic to sell more medication when people continually get sick from being forced to wait ridiculous wait times in store & then crammed in like sardines with sick people in their faces, when they is physically no room.nNo privacy to state your address or your medication when asked, as staff keep forgetting even though you have told them again & again, when it’s not ready over & over, repeatable asked for home address even when presenting the buzzer to collect a script.nEverything else about this pharmacy is a wreck & accident waiting to happen.nIf you want a good Pharmacy that you can ask advice, get medicine in a timely manner when needed, sadly this is not the place to shop.nnNice staff working in other areas of store.
So cheaper is nastier herenWait in line forever for the medication to be wrong. Come back in an hour to wait in line for another 15 minutes, just for something else to be wrong. You can't hear anything that is being said; staff scream your name, your address, with no privacy.nnIt's a nightmare with no room. You are forever having to try to move for a staff member or a shopper to get through while you are either waiting to order or pick up medication and make your way through the minefield to the front counter.nnWhy can't the back registers be open? You can't move through the shop, with shoppers blocking the aisles waiting to be served at the front registers.
Went to get medication with a script from the Doctor couldn't understand English very well try to tell me she was a chemist until finally a chemist come and got things back on track after the Indian girl absolutely basterised the script and absolutely no understanding people if your not happy get someone else this could of gone South real fast
Easy to access for both mobile and disabled people, as well prams. Has everything you need, from baby items to cosmetic, meds, vitamins , first aid, and items that make life just that little bit easier for older generations.nIt's also important to notice that you can check online before heading out and uf yoy can't head out, they deliver most.nI'm happy with staff in general and definitely recommend Chemist Warehouse Traralgon to anyone.
This chemist has everything that you need but I wish they could open elsewhere where they can utilise more area. Very small aisles.
