I had 4 scripts to fill at 12.35 olcock the pharmacy said that it could not be done as we were closing at 1 olcock . no customer service since new owners

I had my prescription medications filled at Terry White Chemmart Traralgon when I was working in Traralgon in 2019-2020.  I have overall been very happy with the service provided.  The staff are polite and helpful, and my scripts were filled in an accurate and timely manner.  The pharmacy layout is relatively straightforward, and is a lot smaller than Chemist Warehouse, but is good for people like me who prefer less crowded environments.

I do not know about other Pharmacies but the Owners, Staff and Service of this business are excellent.  I question the motive of people complaining about the generic brand against the original. The products are the same. I honestly doubt any of the chemists would have said this is a "better " Generic brand. That does not make sense. It be more helpful to have asked for an exchange instead of going home and whinge. Thank You TWCM.

I asked if they had the original brand of my medicine and they said yes. Once it was dispensed I went to pay and saw it was generic brand.  I questioned this and pharmacist said this was the original medicine. Once I pressed the pharmacist admitted it is the generic brand but the “better” generic brand.  Now this medicine doesn’t work as well as the original brand and I am stuck with 100 tablets of lesser quality product because the pharmacist wasn’t honest and just wanted a sale.  Not coming back for anything as I don’t like dealing with pharmacists that lack integrity.

Since George has left, the phones haven't been working at all, they have been fixed finally after an in-store visit and message.

Great friendly and helpful staff.  Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable pharmacists.   I have gone here for all my medicine needs for over 20 years.
