Purchased a significant amount of items through this store recently. The purchase process was great. Dealt with a great salesman. However after sale, it’s like I didn’t exist. I emailed multiple times a question I had, tried calling the store and was told I would receive a call back twice which I haven’t. No issues with the purchase side of things however customer aftercare completely lacks.
I am one of the regular customer of Harvy Norman Traralgon and today went to change a headphone that I had bought a week ago, which was causing significant discomfort to my child when triedtonwear it.. The so-called manager “ as he mentioned “ who worked on this Sunday 12.10.2025 badly refused the request even without listening tous. I was really disappointed with the way he communicated. Think a thousand times before you are going to buy something from a mobile phone or computer unit of Harvy Norman Traralgon. I would like to give 10 out of 10 for the friendly customer service provided by the other part of the shop which sells TV, fridges etc. This primitive behaviour of this person led to loose thousands of dollars in business to the company.
Best place to shop I come in for a vacuum left with a printer as well thank you Dara & Darcy very polite & friendly with fantastic customer service skills and a wide range of products. If they don't have it they will order it in for you they have fantastic product care I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
What a great experience we had today ! Looking for a new bedroom suite, we were guided by Donna’s excellent knowledge and friendly mannerisms . “Take your time , no rush” attitude made us feel at ease. New bed and bedside tables a breeze ! Thank you Donna.
Every experience we have at this store is awesome, from Outdoor Furniture to HiFi equipment, and the most resent was with Michael via a phone call - with the follow up being that we came in - then Nathan was so awesome and helpful - the new devices and upgrades that he helped us choose was a great experience, the advise that he gave us was a great help once we got home to continue the transfer from one device to the other. I highly recommend Harvey Norman Traralgon.
