Always have enjoyed shopping at Office Works Traralgon, however shopping there this evening looking to purchase a laptop, staff would rather talk to each other about their personal lives than offer assistance. When I asked where I would locate another item I was wanting to purchase, you would think I just interrupted a very important conversation between two staff members who looked at me in disgust for even asking and made to feel like I was being a nuisance. I had to go to the front counter to ask to purchase a laptop too, with no assistance from any floor staff and when a staff member was asked to help me he appeared to be so upset that he was asked to help a customer. When the item I wanted to purchase was out of stock he could not have been less helpful. I’ll certainly be shopping at Office Works again, it was just really disappointing to be made to feel like your shopping experience when you spend thousands of dollars is treated like a “nuisance” to the staff serving you. It doesn’t take much to be friendly and enthusiastic in your job.
Used Officeworks Traralgon for urgent document printing and a few desk supplies. Quality was spot on and staff were helpful setting up the files. It was a bit busy so printing took ~10 minutes longer than quoted, but they kept me updated and the result was great. Prices fair, stock on hand, and plenty of parking out front.
Went to get photos printed and I had no idea what to do. So a very young and helpful Bailey printed it for me, no problem at all. So if you want photos printed Bailey is the expert. Very professional and nice too.
I got a surface 4 laptop from work and it only had one usb c port I think 3.2 . And one usb aport . And I got two monitors one with usbc and other with HDMI. I bought a 7 in 1 doc has Hdmi and c port . But ididnt work . Only hdmi monitor work . Went to Harvey Norman fountain gate and jb hi . They all told me I have to buy surface docking station which is $400. Else normal docking station not going to work . Then I went traralgon office work Friday after work . Omg this lovely young guy. He is genius and think out of the box . It only took less than 5 min to come up with a solution . Amazing. Very greafull to young boy serve me on last Friday. Not only great customer service he absolutel problem solver. Very knowledgeable and uncomplicated. May be his name is bayley like previous customer says . Sorry I didn't get his name . Thanks again
I had a complicated matter at Officeworks today.nI was lucky enough to have a charming young man named Bayley, helping me.nnHe was patient, helpful and sorted it out perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble.nnHowever when I went to pay, my debit card wouldn't work. I had no cash with me and felt terrible.nIn order not to embarrass me he said very quietly, take the articles and go.nnI trust you and know you will come back.nSuch empathy and thoughtfulness was overwhelming.nThe bank had sent me a message about an attempted scam, but I had missed, seeing it, that morningnIt was sorted at the branch.nCongratulations to Bayley's parents for raising an exceptional, caring young man.nGives me hope for the future, with young men like Bayley
