A massive thank you to Bill and the team at The Tyre Factory Traralgon! I was very impressed with their level of customer service, friendliness and they were happy to answer all my questions. Their pricing and service inclusions are better than other tyre shops in the area. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer for all my wheel and tyre needs.
Daniel and his team at The Tyre Factory are spot on perfect in every way. Service, approachability, knowledge, price fairness, quality of work …. everything about my experience with them will have me giving me my long term car servicing business. If you want serious peace of mind with your tyre and car needs and without headaches during the process, I suggest you at least give Daniel a call. I am 110% confident you won’t be disappointed.
Very professional, friendly service. Ordered a nudge bar for my Jeep Grand Cherokee which arrived promptly and was fitted without hassle. The price was competitive, quality was great and I would certainly recommend this business and would deal with them again for sure. Thanks guys, top job!
Highly recommend, best front end alignment the old rocket has had in a long time, prices on tyres quite competitive along with helpful staff.
Called for a quote said they would call me back…no call back…went to a different supplier.
Got two new tyres not cheap ones and by the time I drove home the weights fell off and steering was shaking. So then got them rebalanced somewhere else and made no difference. So tryed rotating tyres front to back. Which stopped the shaking which to me they are outta round. Ran over a tiny piece of bark and went through the edge of the tyre. Very very soft tyres. Took it back and from my knowledge it illegal to repair a tyre on sidewall. Which did NOT fix it!! Very upsetting as a single mother spending $200 and they last a week.

Near $100 cheaper than every other shop per tyre and fast freindly service what more could you ask for
Car processed: Tesla Model 3P Improves: contact prior if needing to reschedule in this case logistic constraints not unexpected at time of writing, 2nd reschedule was called prior which was positive. Tyre pressure for Tesla should be 42psi, was set to 38. Some customers may wish transport to shopping centre whilst car is processed. I personally was happy to walk to Bunnings, but this may be a value add option for some customers. Sustain: knowledge of comparable tyre offerings. Initially discussed on phone with TTF Dandenong. Some will only discuss the factory OEM wheels. Daniel was familiar with development of EV wheels and offerings. Friendly and courteous, asked good questions. Would use again
