Open 7 days a week for scheduled classes. CrossFit, Weightlifting, Group PT, Kids class and booking for groups and 1 on 1 PT. We are available 6 days a week for classes and are very family friendly with a great supportive community.Our qualified Trainers have multiple years of experience ranging from CrossFit L1-L3.Our programming is different everyday, producing observable results that can be measured and replicated.CrossFit has been proven to increase fitness and health for people of all ages and abilities. Cardinia CrossFit has been the best gym I have been to. I always felt anxious being in a gym without a friend but I have joined this family of people and love seeing them each day. Everyday is new and exciting, new movements, new combinations and even partner workouts on the weekend. We are always laughing and supporting one another to try new things and challenge ourselves. Recently we have been doing a winter challenge to help stay motivated in this cold weather and it has been so fun. Everyone has become competitive but supporting each other to push each day. I love it at Cardinia CrossFit and can't wait to progress more and see what I can achieve.
An inclusive, friendly and welcoming community. The coaching staff are second to none. All four coaches truly know their stuff. Best hour of the day is getting to train at Cardinia CrossFit! LOVE IT!!!

Returning to fitness after having my second Bub was daunting. Alana and the coaches at Cardinia Strength and Fitness are so welcoming and accommodating! All the workouts can be adapted to each individual’s abilities and injuries. I love training at Cardinia Strength and Fitness, it’s not just a gym, it’s a wonderful community of supportive and friendly people. It’s great to just show up and know you’re going to get a great workout ‍
Alana and the team at Cardinia CrossFit are great coaches. The gym has a nice community feel and everyone is encouraged to be their best self. All the coaches really know their stuff so you can work out feeing safe and supported. Between the CrossFit classes and Olympic weightlifting there is something for everyone. Make sure you come along and meet the crew!
Such an incredible place full of amazing people. So many laughs had and so many goals reached. Love it and made a new family
