Good gym but the music is super obnoxious and far too loud. Wearing noise cancelling headphones with my own music full blast and can't drown it out

This gym I haven't been to in years still taking money from me from when there were called muscle max, which was well over 5 years ago, everytime I call they say no worries Nek minnit gym has a new name

Good clean, well maintained and well equipped gym. The gym staff are well mannered and helpful. However, their admin system could benefit from a overhaul. Got direct debited on and off after agreeing on a pause and then cancelling the membership. The staff were apologetic and tried to assist but this has happened a few times over. Ultimately I had to close my bank account to avoid the hassle. Now visit the gym on a casual membership with no direct debit involved.  Would give the centre a full FIVE stars if it wasn’t for the admin issues.

Love working out here have being going to this gym for a couple of years now they have made me feel comfortable and helped me grow to where I am today

Recently joined. Clean facilities and not too crowded.

An all around good gym. They have most equipment.  There is an upstairs level with aerobic equipment and boxing area.  The ground floor is weights and gym machines. Good range of equipment although some is aging and could do with maintenance. Separate female powder room. Some equipment is not repaired fast enough and some more cleaning would be good. Overall recommended for a good workout where you get value for money.

You are bound to be bowled over at how cheap the memberships are. I went to inquire and came out enrolling myself. The owner is extremely friendly and very helpful to everyone from beginners to the pros. They have wide range of equipment. The gym including the ladies room is extremely clean and hygienic. Anyone living in Pakenham, this is your place to get fit. 5 stars and big thumbs up plus highly highly recommended.

This 24 hour gym has to be the best gym I have ever trained at, the machines, the art work and  the staff are awesome... We get our work out in then, smash down a freshly made protein drink on site... we hit Tasman meats right next door for all our protein needs also. Highly recommended for the Guy's , girls and the youth. They even sponsor the seda government funded youth for sports program. What a excellent facility. Go try it out...
