Absolutely appauling service by 3 males in store all too busy to acknowledge that a customer is requiring assistance. Luke the manager should be sacked because he's bringing the reputation of this business down! Pretty clear that rude service is common practice at this business since reviews just over the last week have been given 1 star and all say that the service was nothing but rude!

Poor follow up service ..pool equipment sold to us only just made it out of warranty...contacted shop seeking advice  re pool hoses were breaking every week...and at $20 a pop we were looking for a solution for an alternative....very un helpful male person on phone stated "  no idea what you are talking about"... and offered no help at all....and you clearly don't get contact within 24 hrs when contacting  them by email....because they never did....wouldnt recommend them or the products they sell....and yes we have had several pools...and never encountered such poor service.

We didn't end up purchasing but the staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything much better than the other spa stores we went to.

Great service and advice! Thank you to Luke and the team for taking the extra time to make sure we got the equipment we needed and knew how to use it.

Staff are rude and very unhelpful. Never used to be like this, but there seems to be some new young staff that just don't care.

Absolutely brilliant service, great info and made sure everything explained.
