UPDATE - I’ve been going regularly to Champaign’s for about a year now and I can’t rave about them enough. I’ve been to other spas but it’s not the same… Champions offers TRUE spa experiences by experienced trained professionals. The massages are so relaxing that I constantly fall asleep. The facials something I’ve been terrified of leave my skin soft, Moisturised and with no break outs. Easy online booking system that allowed me to book a 9am exfoliation and viche shower late the previous evening. The Spa is beautifully styled and designed in Hope Island Links Resort. Plenty of reserved parking available. Staff were friendly and very professional. My scrub was amazing, so relaxing and the perfect massage pressure. The viche shower is an incredibly relaxing experience which always finds me nodding off. My skin feels so soft and dewy - highly recommend.

Recently the team helped me with a cancer fundraising which included cutting my long ponytail to donate for wig making. Super friendly staff, great treatments, all care taken. I would return here is a heartbeat. I left with zero complaints, just begged them to let me stay longer haha You get what you pay for and these guys did an amazing job.
I booked in for a “Tint” - you would assume a Tint would include a blow dry. Nowhere on their website does it say what each service includes, so it is an assumption. I told the hairdresser I wanted a natural brown all over to cover my old balayage. She suggested I don’t go anywhere near my roots and just dye my ends brown - I went with it. When my colour was half applied on my head, another senior hairdresser came up to me and informed me I hadn’t booked the "correct service" and a Tint does not include a blow dry and that they wouldn’t have time to complete the service. I would have preferred to be told this BEFORE my colour was on my head .. I would have left. When my colour had finished processing, I was rushed to the wash basins by the senior hairdresser. The hairdresser yelled “Please set a 25 minute timer” I was at the basin for approx 2-3minutes- super rushed hair wash, and NO head massage - super disappointing. I don't even think she conditioned my hair. I was then rushed back to my seat, I asked for 1 inch to be trimmed off my hair, the hair dresser held up a piece of hair to show how much she was cutting - it was 1 inch.. I left with my hair 3-4 inches shorter.. everyone’s worst nightmare at the hairdressers. they started blowing out my hair. I was happy they found time to dry my hair! That happiness didn’t last long as the timer went off and I was informed my service was finished … my hair was not sleek or silky. It did not look professionally dried or finished. They charged me for a full head of tint they only dyed my ends and a full blowout that I didn’t receive … SOOO much to unpack here but ultimately an awful rushed experience and I’m never returning. They made me feel like I was a bother and an inconvenience when I was a paying customer. Not to mention my hair looks weird. Natural roots and dark brown dyed ends... Worth mentioning - they offered to do my hair again for free, but I won’t be letting them touch my hair again.
After many salons in many cities, I find the service has been faultless. I can often get a booking at short notice and the staff are wonderful. They have massage chairs and a great outlook to the golf course.
Excellent hair cut by Kim yesterday. Second time for a cut. Will be back.
