BEYOND Rude unskilled unprofessional staff
Worst massage I’ve ever had. And have had many here and in Thailand 
No traditional Thai massage skills whatsoever 
Untrained staff 
They constantly speak to each other in Thai language from room to room 
When I asked for some quiet several times 
The lady I had told me I could ‘shut up and leave’ if I didn’t like the service  
The room was freezing cold not conducive to effective massage  and 
The towels were dirty  
The people were rude and the place smelt badly of Thai food which and the staff sounded like they were having a communal gathering in the back room , covered by an intoxicating smell of lemongrass and air fresheners 
Still cost $120
Manager or owner no where to be seen or speak to. 
I’m a professional in the Southport area . 
Not sure if this is a legitimate massage place as it came recommended 
Suffice to say I will not be returning and would not recommend this shop to anyone

The guy at the gold shop across the road told me to go here. Im glad I did very good massage. The girls are very pretty and I was very happy with the massage that I got. I think the people complaining expected something else so they complain.

Girl was talking on her phone and then calling out to the others. Very poor technique. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Great massages most of the time (I like remedial deep tissue), great value for money. Booking system would be handy... ring ring answer the phone!! ;)

I was in yesterday and had a lovely massage. However, I was very disappointed  my masseuse was on her phone for a significant amount of time. I chose not to speak up during the service but since then I have considered the violation of privacy that occurred. Having a phone in the workplace where your clients are nude is not only unprofessional but it could have easily breached and disregarded my right to privacy. 

I hope this complaint is taken seriously and is rectified at your workplace.
