As soon you walk in you are welcomed by everyone who works there, I was shown around, explained all services, offered water, tea, coffee. The most amazing experience. My therapist was very knowledgeable, she did not try and talk me into the most expensive service. The price of the service was great!! I am recommending all my friends, Thankyou for the amazing service and making me over at the end with your beauty touch ups. :)

Fantastic customer service my consultation with Maria was very informative and valuable to what my treatments our need. Both facials I have had so far have being amazing and very beneficial I see improvement to my skin already. Can't wait for my next one cheers Esteem

I have been coming here for a while and love the staff. However, recently the waiting times have gotten longer and longer. Also, when ringing to book, I always ask how much my treatment will be. The last 3 times I went, the end price was nearly always double what I had been quoted at booking. I never make a fuss and just pay, but I decided I just won't go back. I did ring to query my last bill and have not had a satisfactory result as yet.
