Bentleys Camera House is a family owned and run business with 6 locations in and around Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Established for over 35 years, Bentleys Camera House has always offered expert advice and friendly service on all facets of photography catering for the happy snapper to professional.

I’ve been into here many times over the years and every time the staff have been so helpful and supportive. Their knowledge is extensive. No question goes unanswered. I had been assisted twice in the last 5 days by Kiara who was fantastic. Very professional and patient. With her help I was finally able to confidently make my final decision on which camera I was going to purchase. Can’t thank her enough.
No longer having printable catalogs is poor. Especially when trying to help an older person shop who doesn’t have a computer. And a nod is not the way to greet customers.
They done amazing job restoring my parents old photos from '80 didnt know that they can scan old photos and put on usb also printed very good quality.
Poor service! Two male shop assistance in the shop. I was the only customer. Disappointingly neither of them appeared at all inthused at the prospect of helping me. I informed the assistant of what I was wanting to purchase. He definitely wasn't customer centric. I did make a purchase of over $60 but on departing Camera House made a mental note never to shop there again.
never had a bad experience here! I get my film developed at Bentley's every month or so and the staff are always so happy and welcoming, very helpful too!! My film is always returned quickly and flawlessly, wouldn't trust anyone else with my film!!! thank you guys!!
As a bit of a technical shopper I like to be left to do my own thing. When I wanted help all it took was a glance. Love the stock of generic products on hand as well as genuine. Love the fact that they keep stock on hand rather than the tired old line 'we'll get it in for you'. I've bought cameras, straps, tripods, lenses - because I can touch, feel & make sure it will work for me - before I buy. Support your local camera store esp. if they are this good or one day they won't be there when you need them. I love these guys & gals for the lack of heavy sales tactics & genuine advice - I have never felt bullied or pressured into anything & their advice has been awesome!
What a waste of space, close down and put another shop in here please! Quoted me $99 for an SD card that I ended up buying from JB HiFi for $39 so I got two for less than their price for one. Last week I went in to buy an EOS R6, their best discounted price was $4150, I bought it from Video Pro for the next day for $3590. They are just not interested in making a sale it appears unless they can get full list out of you. Now wonder most of them have closed down over the years. Dinosaurs of the camera business.
Fantastic service, very knowledgeable staff. Chatted about new camera range while my baby granddaughter was having her passport photo taken. It is the best place to have a babies passport photo taken, and it's cheap. Cannot fault this outlet.
Extremely unprofessional staff. Took a gimbal back that was not compatible with my phone when using a moment case. Eric chuckled in a condescending manner and stated "Should of done your research". When I became slightly unhappy with this attitude, I was told to "F#ck off out of the store!"
