Very friendly staff and our donuts and cheesecake were delicious.
Cafe e Torta is without fail, always the best stop for a cozy, welcoming break during a trip into the city. Whether its a quick coffee, a hearty hot soup in winter, or a glass of bubbly and salad with the girls, its always a pleasure to be there. Friendly staff, fabulous atmosphere, good value for money - could you ask for more?!

Loved the food and ambience.. Grilled chicken bliss was yum. Coffee and hazelnut brownie was excellent . Only down side, bills cannot be split. When using a card and not cash, bills need to be split, esp during COVID. Thank you

It's often difficult to find in hyped-up Melbourne a proper italian-style short black/macchiato, without an off putting burnt backtaste. These guys ticked the box instead! The bombolone was also very nice.
Great coffee ,friendly service and staff.This place is located at the little Collins Street entrance of the Royal Arcade. It provides the perfect break from shopping and is incredibly popular with locals and tourists .
Although the place is quite exquisite, but we really enjoyed our time here for a break. My wife and I ordered the pasta and toasties and they were delicious. The coffee is above average too.
