Capital Cafe Grind does really nice breafasts and lunch, my partner and I have breakfast often. You can get the breakfast and lunches as a takeaway if you dont have time to eat in.

Disappointing meal. Came here for breakfast one morning and ordered the Poached Eggs and Pumpkin with Sundried Tomato Dressing. It was not as I expected as it came with smashed avocado instead of pumpkin and there was no baby spinach as per the menu. I was in a rush so I didn’t enquire about this. The coffee didn’t taste great either. 
Customer service was mixed; cashier asked me to look at the menu even though I had told him what I wanted. The barista and server were more friendlier.
