Awful service, abhorrent manager! I waited over twenty minutes for my order. (My sister who ordered at the same time had finished her meal), so I went back to the register to enquirer if the food that had been waiting on the pass was for me and that I had been waiting a very long time for it. The manager named Reece walked up and told me the food had only just been put up there and I would get it in a minute. I told him that was not true as I was seated opposite the pass and saw it placed up there about 15 minutes ago. In a very rude and condescending tone told me that I was wrong! I sat down goberblasted by his behaviour and attitude. No apologies for the lateness of my meal just rolled eyes and a lot of attitude! To top it off when he finally slammed the meal down in front of me, the food was stone cold!!! I will never eat there again and will tell everyone I know about the rude manager named Reece and his atrocious behaviour!!!!

Solid 4 stars. Breakfast was excellent. Good coffee. Very friendly staff. Great water view. Really clean and tidy. We’d definitely come back here.

Good food, but the service wasn't friendly at all especially by the lady taking orders, seemed she didn't want to be there and wasn't helpful at all.

Had lunch there today - yum pea soup and beautiful chocolate cake. Lovely staff too! Will be back soon :)
