While the mains offered are fine in quality, the buffet suffers from a lack of variety. For the non-seafood dinner buffet there are really only two mains. In my case, I had beef bourguignon and Berkshire pork. This is in addition to other filler items like the salad, cold cuts, and a woeful pasta station where the overcooked pasta is just left to soak in the pan to get softer and softer with time. Being that there are only two mains, you get bored extremely quickly with the buffet, which is tragic for $60.
Cannot fault at all. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. The service is outstanding. The restaurant is very clean and there’s plenty of space to move. The pastries are my favourite. Definitely recommend. Value for money.Food: 5/5
Excellent dinner buffet and splendid selection of high-quality ingredients! We really appreciate the wonderful service provided by the manager Mr. Bishal!Food: 5/5
Nice seating/location and service, but there wasn't much variety with the food. Only two mains and then the pasta/laksa bar. Pasta was same sauce with option of which vegetables to add, and the pasta was quite soft/slightly overcooked. The broccolini and potatoes I had as part of the mains were quite good. Would be nice to have more variety, including more options for the pasta and more mains including a vegetarian option. Vegetarian options: Not much. Just the pasta/laksa bar and salad bar.
We had breakfast three times. The buffet was good. $39 on weekdays but $45 on weekends.Food: 5/5
A pleasant evening meal overall. The hot main courses were quite limited . Very few options for vegetarians. Hot green vegetables with mains would have been more acceptable. Vegetarian options: Very limited especially in the hot options. Soup plates were cold so soup cool by the time it got to table. Pasta dish just ok and something that could be prepared quickly at home.
We went for the dinner buffet and the food was a double whammy. Excellent variety and awesome quality. Jas the hist was attentive and made experience a special one. Highly recommended for a special night out.
After booking for a grazing table experience, it ended up being nothing more than a buffet. Wasn’t wowed….very underwhelmed. Hyatt atmosphere and staff were lovely as usual but I will say the whole experience, given the expectation of something else, was disappointing.Food: 3/5
My wife and I celebrated our first year wedding anniversary last week, had dinner with wine pairing. The Burratta for entree was okay but the rest of the meals the beef and chicken was divine. Stephen's explanation about matching wines was exceptional. Only negative point was that the service was slow. Other than that, definitely worth a visit Vegetarian options: Burratta
$49 for the Grazing Table is a good price but the food was nothing special & they kept running out of things. Laksa had a nice flavour but the prawns & chicken were poor quality, especially the prawns - they were little plastic-like frozen things. Two hot options only, roast pork that was fatty leftovers swimming in an oily sauce when we got there and the chicken was all gone. We had to wait a while for it to be replenished. Dessert bar was dreadful, a passion fruit slice & a dry chocolate cake. No cream or icecream. A bowl of unripe pears & plums. The woman at the reception desk was not welcoming at all at the beginning or end of our meal. Keying away on a computer for ages looking for our booking & not communicating with us. Cutlery & plates just plonked on a bare table. So much good competition these days it would be hard to think about returning for more of the same.
