Amazing food at fair prices. Been there a few times now have tried the Parma and burgers now. Both of which taste great. Whether your looking to smash a burger for lunch or go in for a Parma and a beer for dinner. Definitely get in there and give it a try.

I have been to ALOT of burger places @theburgerbaby and have to say this place is definitely above average. The brioche buns were great and the beef was one of the best I have had. Wasn't over seasoned and peppery like a fish and chip shop style patty, it had a really nice fatty taste to it. The onion rings and sweet potato fries were really good, particularly the seasoning on the onion rings. The 2 waitresses that served us were very friendly too. Good job to the staff

This place is epic! Prices are excellent for such decent food. You get what you pay for in this world and these burgers are the best you'll get. This place knows their food. Its clean and well run. Long live the best burger shop in the region! Kyneton doesn't have one. Im a local and will be a regular customer. Well done!

Amazing burger, and the rib is awesome

**burgers were very tasty, however! Pretty underwhelming for the price. Cobb salad had an absurd amount of blue cheese, like 150grams and both serves of our chips were all crumbly small ones like they were the last of a batch. The food also took about 35 or more minutes to arrive and many patrons who arrived later received theirs first. The staff seemed pretty stressed out and as they're a new business im sure they'll solve many of these issues. I hope the staff are empowered by management to solve for this, lots of potential but expect far more for 19-22 burgers. There's plenty of examples of highly competitive burger places in Melbourne to borrow from.

I had a short visit to the desolate town of Castlemaine. Among all the op-shop raiding and bush bashing, there's only so much time and money you have for food. Cadillac Shack was an option we weighed heavily, the other option being hunting for our food kidding and OH BOY was it the right decision. Although in a strange location for it's focused American demographic, the food was very fitting and ultimately topped off the whole experienced not by theme but by taste. Don't get me wrong, the Rustic American vibe was very well done, I just think it would stand out extravagantly in a place with far more variety, ultimately being more successful. The food was in very generous portions but quantity over quality is not something you would use to describe this amazing place. It tasted so Authentic and it was filling. Although it was messy that's because it's difficult to harness the full flavor of the food. To anyone who can devour a delicious meal here with a white shirt without getting a single stain, I'll personally give you $20. Overall, very kind staff and hilarious and warm owner, great food, clean restaurant and very comfortable. 5/5 p.s. the only reason there's no photo attached is because I was so pre-occupied with my meal.

Great interior! We had THE yummiest sweet potato chips and coffee. The service was so friendly and made us want to come back again. The interior is rock and roll themed/ rustic.

Amazing chicken and such good service. I want to try everything on their menu, all in good time. The decor is suberb and you really feel like you are sitting in a different city and time. They are fully licensed and we even got some free candy on the way out!

I like it the atmosphere is fun and the service is good the change to the menu is a little bit disappointing. our last 3 or 4 meals had here all things came with fries and this was changed and we where not told when we ordered so we got our burgers without fries and had to order them when we got our burgers and noticed. Looking back on the new menu it says fries are an extra,But we did not notice this change and as regular diners here who have always been told evething comes with frys we got caught out. We got our order of frys real quick but they where over done and a bit old it seemed like there where old and got reheated make me wait for fresh fries any day over stale overdone fries. Both the fries and burgers where not as nice as our last 3+ visits and I hope this was just a bad day. The change to the menu makes it a bit over priced. $20+ for any burger and fries combo.

Love the menu here! The food is delicious!!!!! A group of us tried some burgers, the fried chicken and the Philly cheese steak roll which was melt in your mouth good! We will be back for sure!
