The staff was hassled up by the number of orders. The order board showed that the order was ready for pickup but actually was not even close to ready. Due to the haste, the pizza baking and the topings was all pretty much just abt acceptable. Was not too appealing to eat the end produ t though ! They are definitely much better than was experience we had on this day
They managed to lose my order twice in one night! I ordered online. When I showed up their video screen, over the counter, had my order listed as "ready". But the bloke who seemed to be in charge said "Uh, sorry we haven't made it yet. We've been that flat out." I stopped back ten minutes later and the other kid said "Sorry, I forgot to make it again. I'm running behind." The manager or whatever he was, instead of helping the slow kid, just shook his head and said something like "He's been screwing up like this all week. He's hopeless." At that point I gave up. Never again. They're a waste of time. The silver lining is that, reading some of the other reviews on here, I now realise that I probably dodged a bullet by avoiding a burnt or under cooked pizza!
I bought a pizza from here a BBQ Meatlovers and we got FLYS in our pizza. It was disgusting and thanks to that. I’m sick. Don’t buy from here unless you want some extra meat from a fly on your pizza.
The pizza here is good, esp compared with other domino, delivery can be a bit slow at busy times but pick up is fast. The staff are always good and kinda fun. I like it.
Very decent Domino's Pizzas are usually really good an made with care. People that work there are really nice and supply great a service. Well done Domino's Castlemaine
M not happy with there service..I ordered two spicy veg supreme one extra large+ another deep pan pizza on 9 the July home delivery When I was paying online it was showing $21but they deduct $39.75. I filled feedback form but didn't get any reply..talked at store with person but haven't got any answer yet. Really disappointed with their service.
Smashing pizza was made quicker than a new muscat, manager was a legend also. Will be cooming again.
I’m not sure what’s happened used to be decent. this is the second time I’ve gotten home and 2 out 3 pizzas burnt again! The garlic bread is also burnt. Not happy won’t be returning again. Waited so long it isn’t worth it to take the pizzas back.
Pizza's once were ok, now the quality is very poor. I think castlemaine domino's needs to train their staff on how to make a pizza that doesn't taste like bigfoots diic. bring back capones
Absolute sh1thouse pizza. Threw it straight in the bin and ate the cardboard box instead.. tasted heaps better. Far out, dogsh1t is more appetising
