James is very helpful and there is another girl with long hair always smiling to the customers. However, there is a girl, not knowing her name though, who never smiles and even rolls her eyes. She was not saying a single nice word, not even ‘Hello’ or ‘Goodbye’. Very rude, arrogant and not helpful at all.
