Medibank

It was not the first time I went to Medibank Northland but undoubtedly was the best. I've had a great experience, with their employee - Erica - she goes beyond the expectation by seeking out and following up every single detail. She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and she manages our time efficiently. At the end of the day she helped us to get a reasonable saving on our policy.

I've had a great experience at Medibank Northland, with their employee - Joseph - going the extra mile every time to provide us with the best service. And we were very often in complicated situations that he always managed to figure out. Things can easily go wrong in such big companies, but it's people like Joseph that make the experience worthwhile.

I visited Medibank within the last 2-3 week , discussed claims with a male consultant and decided three was a language barrier/difficulty. I could not understand what he was saying , and also the cognitive themes he was trying to relay to me . I don't think he knew what hypertension was and he didn't know how to spell the word. I felt very dissatisfied with the service
