Rosa served me today to help me with an insurance claim I had no idea what to do with. She was incredibly helpful with explaining all my options to me as well as breaking down all the elements of the paperwork that was sent to me in regards to me issue. She’s an absolute champion and made sure I was confident in what I had to do going forward and also made sure to reassure me and make sure I was comfortable. 10/10, she’s a star.

I needed an international driving permit. The lady who served me was super friendly and informative and sorted my permit quick smart. I know this place has a swag of negative comments,.but I was looked after in a prompt and curteous fashion to the point it made me want to review the experience. Cheers!

I could not speak more highly of the great customer care that I received from Ann at RACV Northland . Ann is very professional, friendly and is extremely knowledgeable about RACV products & insurance. I believe RACV Northland is indeed fortunate to have Ann on their team!

Went to get travel insurance waited for 1/2 hour as very busy got a lovely lady ...she made a mistake of insuring us for 5 days instead of 29 rang them when i got home 1 hour later they reversed the $670 i am still waiting for my refund 5 days later...not happy

These people could not have been less helpful. Slow, inefficient and rude. I will not darken their door again.

Bit slow but helpful

There's always a queue with no communication. I have gone in there several times to buy a book but it's more than half hour wait. Now go online to other places to get what I want. Very poor. Give up. Spoken to others and they felt the same.

Arrive 9:05am store not open. Barely greeted, had to force someone to serve me. Rude and sloppily dressed. Other reviews noting similar issues are clearly not isolated
