This company is a joke! Be sure to take your claims to the ombudsman! They are quick to take your money but god forbid you need to make a claim. They send one form at a time and you need to wait 10 days. After having two letters from a doctor and a specialist for an unforeseen circumstance. You don't give them the authority to your medical records yet they make you sign a seperate form giving you no choice but to. You call them and they are nothing but rude! Yet when they speak to the travel agent they are sweet as pie! Never will I use this company again! A big regret! Still waiting for our response and our money! Extremely disappointed and disgusted!

Really really bad. Will do anything to avoid making a reimbursement. Just dont waste your money especially if your adventurous type because they are so small minded. Unless your claim fits their algorithms or whatever they just side step and hide behind the small print. In my rather unique situation they could have decided in my favour easily but didnt. So once again just don't use them they are waste of time and money and flight centre should be ashamed for recommending them except im sure they are both owned by same patent company

best service my son almost died during our trip they cover all icu hospital bill and they were very diligent and helpful during that horrible time

I sent my claim in on The Tuesday and money was in my bank on Friday. I think that's pretty good service.
