Recently, I had some issues with the premiums, dropped by to seek advice. My first visit with other staff was not excellent until I was served by Mr Qi in my subsequent visits. Qi was very attentive and listened to the issues carefully and provided detailed advice and options that I can make. In fact he went above and beyond by contacting the HQ, ensure my policy doesnt lapse and ensure I obtain the benefits that I am entitle to. Highly recommend Qi for the professionalism, positive attitude and genuine care for customer. Keep up the good work.
Basically time wasting. According to the website I can get claim at the centre, but they just scan documents for me and send to HCF, which I can do it at home.
