BEWARE, DO NOT DEAL WITH VIVIAN, she outright lied and said you can claim back remedial massage as a member first service which would've been 90% on a platinum extra package, and that has a $500 limit. In reality it only covers $200 and it only gives back $30 instead of 90% like she said it would. Tried to ask about the page that has the details on limits and she literally said to not worry about it and how that doesn't apply for member first services (which doesn't include alternative therapies like she said).
