The wait a bit longer around lunch time. But Jessie is so patient and kind! She even followed up my case by call just to make sure I earn the points right.
I don't know why there are so many negative comments to this store, because I have a quit good experience with the staff, Weiling. She is sooooooo nice, friendly and professional. Maybe I am lucky, just walked in and served by Weiling with no waiting. The service she provided was definitely exceed my expectation. Good job Weiling.
On 10/01/2023 at 1:30PM, front desk Yau Wan provides very poor customer service. It seems like her job was not to serve customers, but to discuss who was right and who was wrong. When she made me angry, and asked her to write her name, she refused and walked away from the desk. I doubt if she has professional training. I don't want to score one star, I want to score negative 5 stars.
Very very bad experience at Boxhill medibank. I don't want to score one star, I want to score negative 5 stars. Waiting time more than a hour. When I told Ricky Wong that I am not happy for the waiting time. He didn't show concerns, no comfort at all. He didn't say: I am sorry for your waiting. He even provoke me and made me more angry.
Medibank app has a problem finding the provider number for our claim so we were told to come to the store and have them manually handle it. When we get there they print out a form and tell us to go home and print out our invoice and come back as they can’t print external documents. Absolute joke of a policy when they’ve removed email and online troubleshooting options.
Don't waste you time at the Box Hill store; staff in need of training. Staff are not equipped to process medical/hospital claims in store; I was told I needed to go to Medicare to get different documentation as the one I provided did not provide sufficient information. I went to a different Medibank store and they were able to process my claim.
Really poor feeling with this store. The staff cheated me paying two fees for a child and parents in the family for extra insurance several years ago. And I just know child could be covered under the same policy under family package. The staff too much wanted to get the work bonus. Another bad feeling is claim, there is so roughly judgement to deny the claim which should be paid and I had to raise the claim again, get paid finally but really inefficient poor work they did.

On 3/5/21 at 2:45pm, front desk name Gen Li provide very poor customer service. When an elderly behind me approached the front desk asking many times how to check in she was pretty much ignored and he treats her like invisible. I had to walk her through the check in procedure step by step and provide her assistance instead. What is the point of having customer service representatives when they can't provide us customer service? After I sat down at the waiting area Gen then approached me and asked me who was in the queue 1st? Both the woman and I replied I was there 1st. Gen let the woman to go 1st without asking me for permission, I didn't approve that she can skip the queue in front of me. That was absolutely zero respect to the customer if the customer was there 1st and staff did not ask if I'm OK to let her skip the queue. I hope the staff is more trained or at least have a ticket number ready so the system would be more fair and treat their customer with respect.
Felix was an informative agent , friendly, courteous and patient. Highly recommended.
