Thankyou so much to the young lady sporting a brilliant pink hair/pink boots combo and her manager last Friday! She got me sorted with a replacement tap after much frustration as someone who is not a plumber! This is a smaller store but the staff make up for that with exceptional customer service and friendliness. This is why I keep returning.
Had a subperb interaction with the Team at Bunnings Osborne Park today.nFirstly William recognised my need for a special order team member summonsing Stavros to the service desk. He listened asked appropriate questions and then submitted my order. Technology was fighting against us and he summoned Heather I think and she worked through the issue with Stavros and William achieving a good result. My order diverted to Bayswater for dispatch. I then had another purchase which William processed and put 10 x 25l bags in my vehiclen. Each team member was polite efficient and smiled while workingn...a credit to the Management Team.
I went to Bunnings to get a new drill, but when I got inside. This person came up to me and said, I love your toes. I was in fear. And I am 80 years old. So I did the only logical thing and whacked him with my heavy hand bag that had bricks inside of it. Don’t ask question I’m building a house don’t judge me. Don’t ever come to this places. Just terrible
Best customer service I have ever received today from Kaiden. I was looking for a specific multitool and couldn't find it anywhere. Kaiden left what he was doing and came up to me, unprompted, to ask if I needed any help. Every other Bunnings I've been to it's been impossible to find staff, and when you do, they usually just tell you what aisle it is on and leave you to it. Kaiden actually walked me to the right spot, looked for it himself, including getting the machine so he could look all the way to the top of the racks. Unfortunately, Kaiden couldn't find it either. He asked what job I was working on and suggested an alternative instead, which I actually think will be more useful. Very very very impressed. Thank you Kaiden!
Brought a plant oxysheild ring, and William from Osborne Park got it off the shelf for me- I asked if someone could put it together as I read on line they are hard to put together and it was no problem at all -in fact he helped mum and I to the car and helped put it in my car- so helpful was William. Absolute asset to Bunnings when polite young men are quite willing to assist.
