Two phone calls today to different Bunnings branches and 2 great customer service experiences. First Callum at Midland then Justin at Osborne Park. I wish all encounters at Bunnings were this good but I must confess to never having had a bad experience. When I see poor reviews of staff performance online I wonder how the customer approached the staff member... Edit - the stuff I had asked to be kept aside couldn't be found so it was almost a wasted trip. It would have been a wasted trip had they not thought outside the box and arranged for a team member to drop it into my local store for me to pick up! Great work Osborne Park!

Smaller bunnings, enough parking out the front (mid week) weekends not so much. The garden centre has a good range of pots. Staff nice and helpful

The stock taking system of Bunnings can be inaccurate at times, given the size of the warehouse. And often I have had to call and ring every branch to check if an item is in stock. A couple of times the assistant on the phone can be tardy and sloppy and at times not bother to even check the system for stock in their store. But this gentleman (I didn’t get his name) at this branch I’d like to commend for his extra efforts. When the system didn’t reflect the stock effectively, he offered to go down the aisle to check for me and returned to even hold it for me at the counter. I was impressed and grateful for good service especially after such a Long day. Thanks. (Didn’t get his name - but receipt reflects 16/11/17 - 5:39pm at returns/info desk r03) whoever that was on duty. Big thanks on the great service.

Smaller Bunnings store with friendly staff and a decent range given the size and footprint. You will find a select gardening section out the back and two main rooms with most home maintenance, painting and improvement products. Helpful staff and plenty of parking

Smaller Bunnings but excellent if you want to have a quick shop without going to the Innaloo or Subiaco store.
